Slow cooked Tagine of Prime Lamb with fresh seasonal vegetable.

Recommended cous cous:   Classic Moroccan  (cooked with Saffron and ras al hanout spices).

Alternatives:   Coriander and lime cous cous; OR  Ginger and chilli cous cous;  OR  plain rice (GF)
